Original: 11" x 14", Acrylic on a framed stretched canvas
Started this painting a couple years ago at the Paint the town Annapolis Royal plein air event. Didn't quite like it and stored it in my closet until I thought I'd probably gesso over the canvas. But after taking a folky flower workshop a couple months ago with Shelagh Duffett, a light bulb went on as to how to rescue this painting from being gessoed over!
So much fun! Love how you can get inspired by other artists to improve your own work. Seeing the world in new ways is enriching!
