Free local pickup is an option if you live in the Halifax regional area and are capable of picking up the item. Please contact me ( if interested; I’ll refund you the shipping fee and we can discuss details for pickup.

The items will be shipped via Canada Post. Shipping costs are estimated based on the size and weight of the package and the cost of packaging.

Art cards and prints will be shipped by the cheapest method possible; however, tracking and insurance is possible if you let me know before you place your order.

As the original paintings are unique and irreplaceable, shipping of my ORIGINAL PAINTINGS WILL BE INSURED AND SENT WITH TRACKING. I will be packing them as carefully as possible.

Original paintings will be shipped out between one and three business days after receiving payment. I will email you the tracking number once the package has shipped.

Prints and art cards may take between five and seven business days before shipped if not in stock. In either case, I will contact you straight away to give you an estimate of the time to shipment.

In case of loss, the customer gets a full refund (including shipping costs) and an insurance claim will be filed on my end. In case of damage during shipping, please contact me as soon as you receive the shipment.

Shipping between Canada and the US usually takes 8 to 14 business days. You are responsible for any importation taxes or other charges. I am not responsible for any customs delays.

Returns and/or exchanges:

100% satisfaction guaranteed or you may return the painting for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Please be aware that colour differences may occur between different computer or phone displays as well as following my scanning of the painting for presentation. Prints of the paintings may require some cropping or addition of a border to make the image fit the print dimension and as such may not be exactly as shown.

If you have any questions about a product, please don’t hesitate to ask – I’m happy to answer as well as send you more pictures of the painting if needed. Shopping online based on pictures alone is understandably difficult and I want you to be comfortable that you know what you are buying and what to expect.

Once you receive the item, you have five days to return it (at your expense). If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me ( prior to shipping it. Once I have received your returned item, I will issue a refund of your purchase price (minus shipping). The item(s) returned must be in the same condition as I sent it in order for a full refund to be granted.
